ANNOUNCING THE PARTNERSHIP TO A WIDER WORLD.                                   The Partnership is growing in loops and bounds. This punching arm of the World Health Organization can only succeed when we the constituency members rise up and announce her to the whole world. We have observed the low keyed publicity this very important organ enjoys and so we decided to do more in telling others about the partnership. We urge members to use every means available to them to pass the message across. Everyone needs to be carried along and no one should be left behind. The current wave of social media offers multiplicity of access to information, advertising and dissemination of ideas on what we do. We should not leave it only in the hands of the secretariat.

Established as an organ of the United Nations Organization, she has achieved a lot in addressing the world health challenges as they crop up. WHO living up to her name, she has tried to balance the scale of disease control and its numerous organs or subsectors. It is pertinent to note that since WHO came onboard, the Africans who represent a focus significant global disease burden has consistently suffered under representaion in every aspect of the World Health Organization.
